Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

the breakfasts are good hot with lots of options. the location is good and absolutely perfect, as the hotel is based in rooms all around one area. also, it is next to stores near the highway as well as stores, food, and freeway entrance.

I had a double room and it was fashionable with a tub. The hotel location was marvellous and easy so close to the Nugget Event center for the concert.

Only 2 people at the breakfast, they didn't have anything served everything was empty and I think it's too much work for just two people, they did what they could, I asked the front desk for the breakfast money back because I want them to give it to the two people in the breakfast area and obviously they asked me to fill out my online commentary

The rooms are recently remodeled and spacious. I enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the fun pancake maker for breakfast. The fitness room is well-equipped for workouts. Staff is attentive 🏨

Queen room with fridge and microwave, had basic facilities we needed.

Very impressed with a double room and incredibly nice and accommodating staff at the reception desk. Reasonably spacious bathroom and a bath with good sewerage. Marvellous and easy location close to casinos.

The King Room has unique electrical outlets, so consider bringing power strips for your devices.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times.

Breakfast is scarce in variety and poor in quality and I think it can be improved.

we asked for a quiet room at the check inn. they gave us a room on the side of the highway. it was very loud. since the pool was closed and laundry would have been difficult to reach due to construction work in the hotel, we got a free upgrade to the suite floor. suite was on the 9th floor and out the back. nice, new furniture, newly renovated. great bathroom with walk inn shower.

The hotel is recently remodeled, with a spacious room with a comfy bed and a cool Keurig coffee maker. The pancake machine was a fun breakfast highlight!

What is a pet friendly hotel and is it ok, the problem is that it hosts those who have pets in the same rooms as those who don't have pets, I think they should have rooms for pets and not pets and ask the guests what their preferences are, personally, I like dogs but not where I sleep, that is a reason for me not to stay in this hotel anymore

The waffles at breakfast were good, and the room offered a cool, relaxing atmosphere. Convenient access for my pets on the first floor. The location felt a bit sketchy with visible homeless individuals nearby, made me uncomfortable while walking to dinner. Although I appreciated the desk clerk's suggestion to take the shuttle, I opted to walk back, highlighting my need for caution.
